John C. Bianchi, President & CEO
John started Rainier Machine in 1968 and in 1986 John merged it with B&G Machine. Under John’s direction and hard work B&G Machine has become synonymous with quality and reliability. John has more than 42 years in the business and is internationally recognized as a driver of innovation raising standards for quality throughout the industry. John has also served as the Chairman of the Automotive Engine Rebuilders Association and has been awarded the Seattle Mayor’s Small Business Award.

Johnny Bianchi, Vice President, Operations
Johnny joined the B&G Machine team full time in 1991 working various stations on the shop floor. In his role as VP of Operation his focus is on streamlining operations, improving efficiency and maintaining quality standards from top to bottom. Johnny holds a seat on the Manufacturing and Industrial Council of Seattle and holds BBAD from Gonzaga University and an MBA from Seattle University.

David A. Bianchi, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Since 1997 David has held various positions throughout the ranks of B&G Machine. With a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University, David brings unique technical insight to the company’s sales and marketing efforts. His industry-related experience includes time traveling the world as a sales engineer for Rottler Manufacturing installing machines and working with a broad range of customers including Caterpillar Reman. David has successfully orchestrated a growth path that has seen B&G Machine’s operations go from local to International.

David Bowne, VP Production, Machine Shop / Engine Rebuild
With over 30 years at B&G Machine, David’s depth of experience and knowledge are invaluable to the company’s success. As the man responsible for B&G’s machining procedures, employee training, and technical development, he plays a key role in ensuring the company’s commitment to quality. He also works closely with OEM engineers in developing the latest machining standards and solutions. Among his numerous industry-related achievements, Dave has worked with the ASE (Automotive Service Engineers) panel that devises testing criteria for mechanics and machinists throughout the country.

Carl Daum, Parts Manager
With a background in electrical engineering, Carl brings a technical component rarely found in parts departments. He has an innate ability to anticipate customer needs and requirements, and as a result, has developed a number of structures and systems that allow B&G’s to deliver even under the most demanding or urgent situations.

John Rheinberger, Engine Shop Foreman
John has a long history of winning. Before joining B&G he spent 20 years as full time crew and hull designer for the Miss Budweiser unlimited hydroplane helping his team win 17 national and world titles. With an extensive background in materials and troubleshooting and an unending drive to be the best, his work ethic, team skills and leadership give B&G the ability to produce engines that are more reliable and last longer than any of our competitors.

Janice Budner, Office Manager
Janice has been at B&G Machine for 17 years. As office manager not only is she the first voice most hear when they call B&G, but she is also has a wide number of responsibilities including customer service, vendors relations, accounts payable and receivable, employee relations and general administration.
