Welcome to the B&G Machine website.

Becoming North America’s leading independent industrial diesel repair and re-manufacturing company didn’t happen to B&G Machine over night — we’ve been at it for over half a century.

Starting in 1953 we were an industrial camshaft specialist for the Alaskan oil and mining industries. Our reputation for experience and top-quality work allowed our customer based to grow and the company to evolve into a full heavy diesel service organization. B&G Machine operates one of the world’s most-advanced heavy diesel re-manufacturing and engine rebuild shops, and services customers in mining, marine, oil and gas, and power generation throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Pacific Rim.

While we’ve come quite a distance since those early days, some things still haven’t changed. B&G is still a family owned and operated organization. (My sons Johnny and David joined B&G over a decade ago, which makes them relative newcomers compared to a number of employees who’ve been here considerably longer.) We still have some of the most skilled and experienced people in the industry. Our dedication to the highest standards of quality, innovation and technical superiority remains second to none in the industrial diesel aftermarket. This strong combination that makes us the leading independent shop in the business, and the “go-to” guys for companies that rely on their heavy diesels to keep their business moving.
